Will the wind chime sound exactly like the product video?
Not necessarily.
Recording equipment, speakers, wind strength, hanging location, nearby structures, and outdoor acoustics can affect how the sound is heard.
Why does the tone change after moving the wind chime?
Nearby walls, roofs, corners, trees, and open spaces can reflect or absorb sound differently.
Even a small change in location can alter the experience.
Where should I hang my wind chime?
Choose a secure location with enough open space for the product to move without repeatedly striking walls, windows, people, or fragile objects.
Can I leave it outside during severe weather?
We recommend removing or securing wind chimes during severe weather or unusually strong wind conditions when appropriate.
Can I hang it from a tree?
Possibly, if the branch is healthy, stable, appropriately sized, and positioned safely.
Customers are responsible for evaluating the mounting point.
Does weather-resistant mean it will never rust or fade?
No.
Outdoor exposure can gradually change many materials.
“Weather-resistant” should not be interpreted as permanently unchanged under every climate or condition.
Can I return a wind chime because I dislike the sound?
Yes, provided it remains eligible under the 30-day return policy.
Customer-paid return shipping applies to ordinary preference returns.
Can I test it first?
Reasonable short-term testing is acceptable.
Long-term outdoor installation or significant weather exposure may affect return eligibility.
What if a tube arrives bent or a component is broken?
