These Terms govern use of the online store operated by Style Shelter LLC.
By using our store or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Style Shelter LLC specializes in wind chimes and related hanging decorative products.
Products may incorporate materials such as:
- Metal;
- Wood;
- Glass;
- Acrylic;
- Resin;
- Rope or cord;
- Decorative mixed materials.
The applicable product listing provides the most relevant information for each item.
Product Appearance
We make reasonable efforts to present products accurately.
Minor differences may occur because of:
- Photography;
- Lighting;
- Screen settings;
- Production batches;
- Natural material variation;
- Decorative finishing.
Sound Descriptions
Words such as:
- Deep;
- Soft;
- Clear;
- Gentle;
- Bright;
- Resonant;
describe general characteristics.
They do not mean every customer will hear precisely the same tone in every environment.
Orders
Submitting an order represents a request to purchase the selected merchandise.
We may hold, decline, or cancel an order before shipment for legitimate reasons such as:
- Payment authorization failure;
- Suspected fraud;
- Inventory errors;
- Invalid delivery information;
- Obvious pricing errors;
- Technical problems;
- Shipping restrictions.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Our normal business schedule is:
Monday–Friday, 09:00 AM–05:00 PM CT
Daily order cut-off:
5:00 PM CT
Normal order processing:
1–3 business days
Estimated carrier transit after shipment:
3–5 business days
Estimated normal combined timeframe:
Approximately 4–8 business days
Installation Responsibility
Customers are responsible for choosing appropriate hanging hardware and a suitable mounting location.
Mounting should take into account:
- Wind;
- Product weight;
- Swinging movement;
- Surface strength;
- Surrounding objects.
Maintenance
We recommend periodically inspecting:
- Cord;
- Hooks;
- Rings;
- Connections;
- Tubes;
- Strikers;
- Sails.
If a hanging component appears seriously worn or damaged, discontinue use until the issue has been addressed.
Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
Original photographs, written content, branding, graphics, layouts, and other proprietary materials belonging to Style Shelter LLC may not be commercially copied, redistributed, or used to impersonate our business.
Third-Party Rights
Third-party trademarks, names, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Governing Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and the United States.
Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
